Q1: What is Veganezzy?

A: Veganezzy is a vegan marketplace for vegan products and services that directly relate to a vegan lifestyle. 

Q2: How do you make sure products are vegan? 

A:  We welcome all vegan and vegan friendly businesses and service providers on platform offering vegan products and services. All vendors undergo approval and are subject to policies to ensure their offerings are vegan. Any promotion or featuring of animal products such as meat, dairy, fish, honey, leather, fur, etc. will be a ground for removal of vendor and items from the platform.

Q3: What is returns and cancellation policy?

A: Returns and cancellation policies are governed by respective vendors. We approve vendors and service providers to ensure offerings are vegan but the responsibility of quality of product or service solely lies with the vendor. 

If a product or service is eligible for cancellation as per vendor policy, you can email us to request a cancellation.

Please check the product listing for applicable return period and vendor policy for returns. If an item is eligible for return, you can request the same within applicable time duration (using request return option on your order page) and we will issue a refund on successful return of the product. 

Q4: How does shipping work?

A: As a multivendor marketplace, we support vendor's shipping methods so you will have an option to use all shipping options provided by the corresponding vendor whose products you purchase. Vendors can also offer pick up from store option if they operate from a physical store.

Q5: How do vegan services work?

A: We have a "Bookings" feature that you can use to reserve appointments (for example for health coaching, fitness instruction or other related sessions) or days of service (for catering or related services). We are first of its kind marketplace to support vegan services and will continue to evolve this feature with time.
