Configuring Your Store


After successful registration, you are just 3 Steps away from selling on Veganezzy!  Login to your personal Vendor Admin Panel where these steps are completed. Your approval email will have password for first time login.

At any step if you have questions or need any assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@veganezzy.com. We will provide prompt assistance via email within 1- 3 business days or will be happy to set up a video or phone call if needed to help you set up your store.

Step 1: Complete Your Vendor Profile

Complete your profile by adding your business details, connecting your Stripe account, adding your logo, and Terms and Conditions including returns and cancellations policy. 

If you are a vendor providing vegan services, you can also block your dates from the Booking System add-on. You will have the option to edit this under each service listing as well.

Step 2: Upload Your Products or Services 

Add your products (or “service” products). Please watch the quick videos below to understand various settings such as product features, variations, product bundles, return period, quantity discounts, etc.

  • If you provide or want to provide wholesale products, check this video to configure wholesale settings.
  • If you are providing vegan services such as coaching or meals catering, watch this video to set up service bookings.
  • If you provide downloadable products (ebooks, art, etc.), please upload them as per settings.

Step 3: Add Your Shipping Methods 

Add your shipping method(s) if you are selling products. This could include any of your shipping providers, flat rate shipping, store pick up, or free shipping. If you use carriers that provide automatic or real time rate calculation such as Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, etc. we have option to configure them as well.

Other helpful notes:

  • Choose your supply area: Under each Shipping Method, ensure you are selecting cities or provinces where you ship under "shipping time and rates". You need to do this to ensure only customers who live within your supply area are able to buy your products. If you want to supply to new areas, just add that shipping area and the cost to ship there. (Let us know if you don’t see a specific city or area you supply to. We can help add that in.)
  • Return and refunds settings: If you offer free shipping on products, you may want to consider return policy where return cost is either paid by you or customer. This will need to go in your vendor terms and conditions.
  • Services that require delivery: Currently vegan service bookings only work with free shipping. For vegan services like meal delivery or catering which may include shipping cost, include a flat rate of shipping in service pricing. You can specify shipping cost under description.

Order Management and Payments

Once an order is placed, you can manage order status and provide shipping tracking information by clicking on each order and going to right side under “Shipping Information” and send updates to customer.  Refer to Order Management and Payments and Fees for more information on order management and payments.
